Finding and understanding information
Instruction manuals are usually only consulted once there is a problem with the operation of a product. And then speed is of the essence - finding the desired information needs to be as easy as possible. To achieve this, we rely on the structuring and standardisation methods of functional design and info mapping (Funktionsdesign® and Infomapping®). This results in more consistent, more easily readable and clearly structured texts. The consistent use of technical terms is checked and, when required, corrected with terminology databases.

When compiling handbooks we adhere to internationally applicable guidelines and norms, such as e.g.:

- DIN EN 62079 Creating Instructions - Structure, Contents and Presentation
- ANSI 2535.1 to 6 Product Safety Information in Product Manuals
