Attractive further training opportunities
One of the permanent training dates on the calendar of the authoring team is the Tekom conference in Stuttgart. Additional external training courses are discussed at personal meetings with each employee.
Flexible working hours
We offer flexible working arrangements without fixed core hours. A good work-life balance is important to us.
Regular company events
Once a week we meet in the canteen for coffee and croissants. Workshops, day trips and company parties are organised three to four times a year. These are all fun and promote the social cohesion within the team.
Hybrid working
Each employee has the opportunity to work from home for one to two days per week.
Easy accessibility
Our office is only a 10-minute walk from Heerbrugg railway station. There are plenty of free parking spaces available for everyone who travels by car.
