A customised spare parts catalogue system was developed for the renowned manufacturer of ropeways and transport solutions which boosts the efficiency of service technicians on a long term basis. The aim was to optimise spare parts organisation using the latest technologies and as a result improve the availability of components and maintenance processes.

As part of this project we processed parts lists and supplemented these with precise spare parts drawings. The creation of a user-friendly online spare parts catalogue now gives service technicians quick access to the information they need and cuts costs considerably.
