We developed and completed a comprehensive concept for modular plant documentation for our customer, a leading manufacturer of screening, crushing, conveying and recycling plants. The aim of the project was to provide efficient and well-structured technical documentation that meets the customer's individual requirements. The assignments included providing precise operating instructions for individual components and technical translations into around 15 languages, the compilation of customer-specific system documentation and designing online spare parts catalogues. All this was supplemented with a modern service portal that helps provide digital documentation and optimises access to information for customers and service technicians around the world.
