User and service documentation

NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto®

This project involved handling the entire documentation process for several coffee machine models. It included the design and creation of user-friendly manuals and quick start guides. We also produced precise illustrations, renderings and 3D animations. The final step in this process was the production of easily comprehensible texts, graphics and videos for repair and service manuals.


We also optimised all content for digital applications, including the generation of HTML output and the preparation of professional PDF print files.
